I got my very first Real Estate license in 1995, Toronto ON. I moved to Vancouver BC in 2002, and re-licensed in 2010. I have over a decade of Real Estates sales experience.

I am now part of RE/MAX Crest Realty, and attained membership in the Medallion Club just first year after becoming a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, a rare occurrence, indeed. I have maintained the membership in the Medallion Club for 7 consecutive years, and it is a proof that my detailed marketing plan generates success. In 2017, Lily Gan Team reach more than $170,000,000 Sales Volume in both Residential and Commercial area. Recently, in commercial area our Lily Gan Team ranked in at #1 in RE/MAX of Western Canada in Sep, 2018.
